Incorporation Of Subsidiary In Singapore

TeleChoice International Limited ("TeleChoice International") wishes to announce that it has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary known as TeleChoice Mobile Pte. Ltd. ("TeleChoice Mobile") on 26 June 2004.

TeleChoice Mobile will engage in investment holding activities for TeleChoice International.
