To further strengthen our retail network, we will leverage on our retail assets under Planet Telecoms to reinforce our partnerships with our principals, and also better serve our customers, through innovative retail concepts as well as joint marketing and promotional activities. With ever-increasing sophistication in consumer communication needs and the continued upgrading of mobile networks, we anticipate a sustained and increasing demand for higher-value, feature-rich smart phones.

The diversification of our customer base will continue with the acquisition of new customers in both our existing as well as new markets. To better position ourselves for the opportunities presented by the industry trend towards the convergence of voice and data as well as fixed and mobile, we will also add more niche solutions and services to our portfolio so as to offer complete turnkey and value-added solutions to our customers.
