TeleChoice International Limited ("TeleChoice") wishes to announce that it is taking steps to initiate the voluntary dissolution of its dormany subsidiary, TeleChoice Philippines Inc., with the Philippines Securities and Exchange Commission.
The dissolution, which is expected to be completed around March 2006, does not result in any material impact on TeleChoice's financial position or operations.
