In accordance with Rule 704(11) of the SGX-ST Listing Manual, TeleChoice International Limited ("TeleChoice") hereby announces that there are no persons occupying a managerial position in TeleChoice or any of its principal subsidiaries who are related to a director or chief executive officer or substantial shareholder of TeleChoice as at the date of this announcement.
