Increase in Issued & paid-up Capital : Nexwave Technologies Pte Ltd

TeleChoice International Limited ("TeleChoice") wishes to advise that its wholly-owned subsidiary, NexWave Technologies Pte Ltd ("NWT") has increased its issued and paid-up capital from S$1,000,000 to S$3,000,000, through a bonus share issue of 2,000,000 NWT shares, to TeleChoice.

The transaction is in consonance with NWT's operating and capital requirements, and is not material in the context of TeleChoice's overall operations.
