Striking-Off Of Dormant Indirect Subsidiary: DigiChoice International Pte. Ltd.

TeleChoice Internatonal Limited ("TeleChoice") wishes to announce that its indirect subsidiary, DigiChoice International Pte. Ltd. ("DigiChoice") has, pursuant to its application, been struck off the Register of Companies pursuant to Section 344(4) of the Companies Act (Cap.50), with effect from 28 July 2006, as published in the Goverment Gazette on 25 August 2006.

DigiChoice, a dormant wholly-owned subsidiary of NexWave Solutions Pte. Ltd. ("NWS"), has an issued and paid-up share capital of $2. NWS is a wholly-owned subsidiary of TeleChoice.

The striking-off of DigiChoice is not material in the context of TeleChoice's overall operations, and is in consonance with the regular streamlining and rationalisation of its Group structure.
