Notification Pursuant To Rule 704(11)

Pursuant to Rule 704(11) of the Listing Manual, TeleChoice International Limited ("TeleChoice") wishes to announce that there was no person occupying a managerial position in TeleChoice or any of its principal subsidiaries who is a relative of a director or chief executive officer or substantial shareholder of TeleChoice, for the financial year ended 31 December 2006.
