Acquisition Of 40% Stake In Planet Telecoms (S) Pte Ltd

Further to its announcement dated 14 July 2005, TeleChoice International Limited wishes to advise it has completed the acquisition of 200,000 shares (representing 40% of issued and paid-up capital) in Planet Telecoms (S) Pte Ltd.
